Sales Associate
EXPECTATIONS/ ATTRIBUTES:
+ Enthusiastic, fitness-minded individual who is excited to help transform people’s lives!
+ Maintain a professional persona when promoting the company brand through the sales of memberships and packages
+ Strong customer service skills
+ Must have a good work ethic, be consistent, reliable, punctual
+ Take an interest in growing Cardio Blazed client base
+ Meet/exceed minimum monthly company expectations including promoting self and Cardio Blazed programs and services
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Functional computer skills – MS Office basic programs (Word, Excel), internet, basic computer program software use
+ Must attend staff meetings and functions, as needed
FITNESS COACH
EXPECTATIONS/ ATTRIBUTES:
+ Bring Great ENERGY to every session to motivate our clients
+ Responsible for organization and cleanliness of the studio, including the training floor
+ Must have the ability to demonstrate the correct way to use exercise equipment
+ Demonstrated knowledge of basic physiology, human anatomy, kinesiology, body mechanics, and training principles
+ Provides verbal instructions that are clear and ensure that the volume, tempo of the music, and the overall atmosphere is motivational and conducive to hearing, teaching, learning, and having fun
+ Coaches motivate class participants to achieve fitness goals and continually monitor for signs of injury, illness, or overexertion
+ Meet/exceed minimum monthly company expectations including promoting self and Cardio Blazed programs and services
+ Must attend staff meetings and functions, as needed
+ Must be punctual
